Life is a journey filled with ups and downs, worries, and uncertainties. As humans, we grapple with concerns about our loved ones, our finances, the state of the world, and so much more. It’s a constant battle between our earthly concerns and the higher knowing of our celestial selves. So, how do we find balance amidst this inner conflict? For me, the answer lies in tapping into spirituality, connecting with my spirit guides, and embracing practices like Holy Fire Reiki. These spiritual tools offer guidance on maintaining balance, staying clear-headed, and not letting the chaos of the world consume us. Here are some key strategies I’ve learned along the way:
