If compensated for travel expenses, I will go out of my normal area of service.

In-home care for your fur baby

I am a Full-Time Professional Housesitter. Please allow me to help you take the stress out of traveling! You can go on your vacation or your business trip and not worry about your house or your fur babies.

Dedicated, compassionate, and flexible

I come to your house and do a meet and greet so that you, your fur babies and myself all feel totally comfortable and safe with booking me.
 
When staying at your house I make sure that your fur babies stay on their normal feeding and play schedules. If medication is needed I make sure they stay on that schedule too!!
 
I take care of your garbage and recycling days. I collect your mail and put it in a safe place in your home for you. I’ll even water your plants!
 
Flexibility, responsibility, treating you fur babies like my family, taking care of your home like it’s mine…That is my goal!

I will keep your best friends safe and sound while you travel, and your house too!

FAQ

2024 Rates:
– $55 per 24-hour stay for the 1st pet
– $15 per 24-hour stay for the 2nd pet
– $12 per 24-hour stay for the 3rd pet
– $10 per 24-hour stay for the 4th pet
– $10 per 24-hour stay for the 5th pet
– $10 per 24-hour stay for the 6th pet
 
For example, check-in time and check-out time need to match. So, if I check in at 10 AM on the first day, I will be checking out at 10 AM on the last day.
A standard fee of $30 will be applied for late check-out past the 24-hour window.
 
There is a maximum of six pets per home. I choose not to exceed that limit for everyone’s safety and so I can provide the best care possible.
 
There is a one-time fee of $25 per booking for distributing medication when appropriate.
 
Tips are appreciated for gas money, but not required. 
I’m thrilled to provide a personalized meet and greet service to establish a strong rapport with you and your cherished pets. During our meeting, I’ll personally visit your home to acquaint myself with your furry companions and familiarize myself with your residence. This includes a thorough tour of your home to understand your pets’ routines, feeding schedules, medication requirements, and any special instructions or preferences they may have.
 
Additionally, I’ll take this opportunity to address any specific details or concerns you wish to discuss, ensuring that we’re aligned on expectations for the housesitting arrangement. Whether it’s clarifying security measures, collecting keys for access, or discussing emergency procedures, I’m here to provide comprehensive support and peace of mind.
 
To initiate the meet and greet process, there’s a nominal $50 non-refundable fee, which covers the time and effort invested in understanding your unique needs and preferences. This fee is payable in advance and serves as a commitment to the booking process.
 
My ultimate goal is to establish a strong foundation of trust and communication, setting the stage for a successful housesitting experience for both you and your beloved pets. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members soon!

Booking with me is easy. To secure a booking on my calendar, half of the payment is due at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable, even if you need to cancel the booking. This policy allows me to provide reliable service and ensures that I do not lose out on potential revenue due to cancellations. Once we have three successful bookings, then you may pay in full at check-in (1/2 is still due if you cancel).

All I require is a clean, private space to sleep and keep my things. 

I do bring along some food and drinks, yet I truly appreciate anything you provide for me.

If there is a particular schedule you need to keep with your pets, you can leave me any written instructions as well. 

I blog every stay in my FB group so that you can see how happy and healthy your pets are, and how safe and normal your home is. 

If there is any sort of emergency, I will contact you directly, immediately.

I have cared for cats and dogs, of course, both elderly and in their youth.

No dog too large, or too many. I have a few established clients with 4 + dogs.

No animal too fragile. One of my favorite client fur baby is an elderly lab with a seizure disorder.
